What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, book an appointment, register for a program, or become a coaching client, you may share things like your name, email, phone number, and the health goals or information relevant to your coaching. As a client, you may also share details about your health history, lifestyle, and supplements or medications you take.
Payment information. When you pay for a service, your card details go directly to our payment processor, Square. We don't see or store your full card number. Square's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to record things like your IP address, browser, and which pages you visit. This helps the site work properly and helps us understand how it's used. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Health coaching is not medical care
Holly Healthspan is a health coaching practice. We are not doctors, therapists, or psychologists, and nothing we provide is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. Using this website or our services does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
If you have or think you may have a medical condition, see a licensed healthcare provider — don't delay or skip medical care because of anything you read or hear from us. If you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or your provider right away. Only a licensed physician can prescribe or change medication. Always check with your provider before starting a new supplement, especially if you're pregnant or nursing.
As a client, you agree to give your coach accurate information about your health, conditions, and any medications or supplements you take.

Children
